About this checklist

Who is it for?

Aesthetics clinic owners and managers preparing to reconnect with eligible past clients through their existing booking and messaging systems.

Do I need 300+ clients to use it?

No — the resource is free for anyone. Quantro's managed pilot requires 300+ contactable clients with recorded marketing consent and the other conditions in your signed pilot agreement. The target is 5 bookings for 300–499 clients, or 10 for 500+.

How are pilot results counted?

We count an appointment created by a contacted client between the first send and day 21, including consultations, provided it is not cancelled before the results call. The deadline is 21 days from the first send. Reports show bookings from contacted clients and estimated value at your average treatment price. We also compare the same segment's bookings for the same weeks last year as a baseline. This comparison is context, not proof of incremental bookings or revenue. If last-year data is unavailable, we label it unavailable, never zero.

Want to talk it through?

On a discovery call we'll go through this list with you and tell you honestly whether a pilot makes sense for your clinic.
